I love my Newland Home, I am a second time owner, it's been built for over 13 years and the quality still shows, my windows will need to be painted for the first time soon! My only negative would be under the sink is very messy pipework, the rest is great :-)
A bit of a mixed experience with Newland Homes. From the sales side it was great. We dealt with Laura who was based in the show home at the Prestbury road site. The sale went through so quickly and Laura was quick to respond to any of our queries. And we completed within 6 weeks which was amazing. On the day of getting the keys we were delighted to see our new house and it looked amazing. We planned to move in the next day. Experience disgraceful. Office staff tried but main head office bullying in their approach and have no vision of whom the customer is .cannot understand the agenda here . Completely ripped off - don’t engage with them
