Bought a 2016 Equinox October 2015. Was told I get two free oil changes. Went in yesterday for my second one and was told the offer was good for two years from date of purchase. I was not told this when I purchased the car, and the offer expired three days ago. They would not honor it. Really? This is the second time I've had problems here. This was the worst dealer I have ever been to. They do not put their prices on the windows or what options are on the SUV. I ask Clint why no stickers on the windows and he said because they were hard to remove. Very hard to deal with these people and left and went to Jon Hall Chevrolet in Daytona. What a pleasure to deal with these people and they had stickers on all their cars and SUV. If your smart you will stay away from NSB Chevrolet. They are also very Rude
Very happy with new smyrna. Ended up waiting a while for an oil change because of a gasket, and the manager gave me a card for a free oil change next time. Never feel pressured into anything while I'm there. Also I had a $1600 oil leak job and it was past my warranty but they were able to pull old videos and see the leak was present a while back and compt me for the bill. Wonderful customer service! Definitely where I'll go when I decide to trade it in.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! This is the worst dealership I have ever walked into. They are pushy! They do not listen to your wants. They tried to talk numbers with me, when they had not even shown me the vehicles I wanted to see on the lot. They play games and do not have price tags on any of their vehicles. When I inquired as to why they do not have vehicle information posted, the salesman told me they leave "sticky" marks on the window... really!?
