He figured out how to get my husband into his happy car and me into our "family" car. After days of waiting, Andrew nor Brian, would return my calls,text, or email. They said they would respond to the customer, but didn't. I went in for the buy back program, which Brian seemed confused about. I was told it would be better to not do a trade or buyback. I continued with getting a loan instead. Once I left the building to allow them to work on a loan, they never got back with me. My father bought a vehicle on 12/02/16, a new demo Traverse. He was on oxygen and was literally on his last legs as he died 27 days later. He thought your dealership was wonderful but while he was in a very confused state you talked him into 4000 in unneeded extras that my mom is stuck with. I had a issue with my 2013 Chevy Sonic which was going to be costly one. My service adviser Andre' Narcisse who is the operational sales / finance manager went above and beyond helping me get a lower price on the service in a fast timely fashion. Awsome guy for sure.
