I want to thank Carrie Hoffman for helping me this week with my car. I have purchased my last 3 cars from John Hall and the service department this week wanted to charge me 97.00 to tell me if the oil leak I had would be charged under warranty. I had my oil changed by another repair shop that was kind enough to tell me it should be covered under warranty and to go back to the dealer. You will see us again when we need service. Thanks
Bought 2 cars there. This on had so many scratches, I took it back 3 times. Now the wax is burnt on both doors. I guess they got tired of dealing with it. I got tired of dealing with them. Since found out ,how much they're cars are over priced
