I've had good experiences and bad ones but the last one had me furious. I took my 2014 Silverado in for some recommended work and asked them to install a cabin air filter. When I brought the truck in everything in it worked perfectly. When I pulled out I noticed the display on the dash was black so I tried the dimmer switch and that didn't help. Went right back and told them thinking they forgot to hook up a wire. They informed me the computer had died and it would cost me $500.00 to fix it. Now my business is in the service... read more

I am now on my seventh visit to Chevy for the same problem that was supposedly fixed 3 weeks ago. I come in today angry and rightfully so only to be told to bring it back after the 1st we will have a loaner to put you on. Mind you it's a car lot! So basically a big fuck you, we don't care you've wasted time and or money coming in here. I would've appreciated a "ma'am we don't know what we are doing so we aren't going to waste anymore of your time here's a refund."
