Service department is garbage. Charged for a service that they evidently didn't do and was told nothing was wrong with my vehicle took it next door and it was the air compressor for the air suspension. Beware if this service department.

Outstanding experience today with Chevrolet of Everett when purchasing a new-to-us vehicle. Erik, Drew, Areli and everyone was great to work with. I worked with them from out of state. They sent videos, called, and made sure all my questions were answered. I flew in, test drove, signed papers and left within 30 min. Efficient and Professional. If you want an autobody shop who can’t manage their work flow, who overbooks, doesn’t communicate, won’t order parts on time and then do further damage, then this is the shop for you.
