Improve their lines of communication, especially in the service department. It's very frustrating to find out 45 minutes before they close that your car will not be ready until possibly the next day even though you drop your car off at 8am in the morning. Great place to go if you want to experience greed over the customer. Inquired about a truck @ 1:00pm took off work drove 3 hours to look at truck the online sales rep said would be available. Bought a certified pre owned car in 2018 and have had nothing but repairs and headaches within the FIRST week of having it. Charged me $17,000 when my car was worth 10,000. Also, refused to let me cancel a warranty that I’ve been trying to cancel since 2018 even though it’s legally what they have to do in THE CONTRACT; and their excuse was they didn’t want to do extra paperwork and it’s now “above their pay grade” when I’ve been trying to cancel it multiple times! Horrible business 0/10.
