We love our new 2016 Colorado!!! We had excellent service the minute I called and walked through the door. Everything was smooth and easy! I Highly recommend Josh and Bryan! Will be returning in the future! I forgot to add that they are not pushy, and don't want to just send you in anything!
Service was excellent. I was on vacation from Kentucky and my alternator went out the day before I had to leave. Service manager Michael Parks was amazing and guaranteed my car would be done same day and even went above and beyond to ensure it was done and even located the most inexpensive part for my car. They were a lifesaver.
Horrible service
From start to finish, Damian Hall made it a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this dealership if your looking for a no nonsense, no high pressure sales experience. We are loving our new convertible Camaro ..... ☀️
Horrible service. Bought a pre owned vehicle from them , had no floor mats , one tire which is only directional was put in the car facing backwards. I can't flip or rotate tire since tire is only directional. Eric the GSM nor salesman Jason cared enough for this safety issue as this had to come out of their commission. Don't recommend this dealer to anyone
This was by far the best dealership I've ever been too!! Especially for buying my first car. I want to say thank you to Jason Hickman for dealing with me and helping me get the best car I could possibly get! I will definitely recommend him to anyone!
Can't say enough good things about Mario Cervi. He went out of his way to make our purchase fast and easy and did a lot of extras for us. Thanks for the attention to detail!!
Went in for a $9.99 oil change they advertise so cheerfully. Waited 3.5hrs for my vehicle. After I complained and asked why it was such a long process, they had my car up and finished in another 15min so really it was closer to 4hrs!!!
Had issues with my paperwork after given the run around and trying to get into contact with someone about it I was told to speak to the manager Eric which was by far the WORST experience I've ever had! He made very degrading comments towards me and told me that one bad review wouldn't hurt them any. They have NO concept what customer service is about I will not be returning or referring anyone I know to them again.
