Super happy with my (first ever car) purchase!! This was an experience that will last a life time and I couldn't be any happier. I LOVED THE PEOPLE. Monica was such a sweetheart. I have really enjoyed talking to her and working with her through this process. Her manager Dari is great too. They both promised me the perfect car and kept their promises. They definitely helped make this stressful process stress free. Also, the atmosphere was small and stress free.

Like most dealers, very friendly & helpfull when selling you a new car. They even delivered the new car to my home 1 1/2 hrs away from the dealership. POST SALE, very different experience. I needed a copy of a document from the sale emailed to me. No more great customer service. Instead the “your SOL” attitude. Had do take 1 1/2 hr trip (one way), wait over 30+ minutes, to then take 1 1/2 hr drive back. Very sad to see a completely different attitude if they “ALREADY GOT THE SALE”
We went in with one type of vehicle in mind, we had a fabulous salesman in Bryan Spears who helped us find exactly what we needed and more in our price range. And he even had dinner brought in for us and our twin five year olds which made the process of buying more pleasant. First of all i want to express my disappointment and frustration as well as the feeling of betrayal by this dealership. I have likely been one of the most loyal customers in the past year and have BOUGHT 3 vehicles and referred 3 other people that have bought in the last year from this dealer.
