I would like to say there service department is great they get you in and out before you can get comfortable in there nice waiting room .
What a breath of fresh air today. Brought my car in for service. We had Jeff as our advisor! Not only was he super professional, kind and honest, he made my two year old and I so comfortable. I’m sure most people know it’s hard to bring a young child with you for service, but Jeff was amazing with him! He made some photo copies of his hands and raced these little remote control tires with him. Great customer service!!! I will be back and will request him again! Thanks Chevy!
Once again NSB Chevrolet has taken care of us, but this time it was from the service department. We had some issues with our convertible top on our Camaro and Kittie and Andre got it taken care of. This was not an easy issue for them to get resolved with the manufacturer, but they went the extra mile to get it done. I would highly recommend this dealership. Bought a used 2012 Fiat on Saturday 8/2/19 and noticed a braking sound the next day. Mario Cervi called on Tuesday to see how things were going. I told him about the concern and he encouraged us to bring it in to have it checked out. Took it today 8/9/19 and the rotors and pads were promptly replaced without question. Now that is superior service! Thank you.
I took my new Canyon in for a transmission shudder. It was quickly repaired and returned to me washed and clean. Very friendly staff. I'm glad they are close to my home.
