I went to the one off Vivian road. I always go to that one. Been going for years now. I went today to get all new tires and an oil change and had a great experience. I was waiting in the waiting room and they offered me water, they told me 2.5 hours but it only took them 2 hours. The techs cannot diagnose anything correct. They will scam you off anything possible! The service department is a joke on top of the terrible management that runs the place. Hellen Keller could do a better job.

For a scheduled 10 AM appointment for oil change and transmission flush /service, it should have never taken ALL DAY. Not only was it ridiculously long, but you also didn't even have the parts to complete the service! Wasn't ready for pick up until 5:30 PM. Poor poor service.
