Buyers beware. I will never go to this dealership again. I purchased a vehicle from them and only driven it 200 miles. Brought it to a dealership near me and the found a cracked exhaust manifold. Called new smyrna chevy told them and they denied it and said they would have to check it for them to pay for it. So had the truck towed 2 hrs away for them to say the cany find it and it was fine. SERIOUSLY PEOPLE DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! READ THE TIMELINE BELOW FOR REAL LIFE EVENTS THAT WE HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH SINCE AUGUST!!!! 8/15/20- purchased my 2020 Chevy Trax with 8 miles on it. 8/22/20- I had to bring my car to the dealer for an alignment as it was pulling really bad to the right. terrible place to buy a car. Terrible service. The car that was bought was messed up in transport to the car lot and now they won't fix it and are screwing her over. Never buy a car from there. I will make sure my point gets across to everyone. If they will do this to my friend they will do it to anyone. They are being reported to the Better Business Bureau. I will help her get a lawyer for her to get this resolved. DONT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!

When shopping for a vehicle, due to my vehicle being totaled, I did some work prior to going to the dealership. I got preapproved through my credit union and had a contact person lined up. When I visited this dealership and test drove a vehicle, everything was great. I explained that I have been preapproved and that there is no need to pull my credit report. Terrible experience with the self proclaimed sales manager Mario. He likes to swindle college kids and treat them like their stupid and tries any way he can to make an extra buck. He attempted to add $2k on the price, when that didn't work he tried jacking up the interest rate, and when that didn't work, he then tried telling us the tag and title would cost more than $500 and it really only costed $82! Avoid him like the plague, unless you like dealing with sales reps who suffer from little man syndrome!!!!🤬

I highly HIGHLY suggest no one goes to Chevy in new Smyrna. They do not care about you, your family, or anyone’s safety for that matter. To my friends family whoever let them know. Absolutely UNPROFESSIONAL, they sleep on their desks, the make 100+ paper airplanes and leave them on their desk, you can’t EVER get someone to answer your questions or call you back.
