Had my 2007 Saturn Vue towed to the Chevy dealership in New Smyrna they told me my car motor was blown and that it was the timing belt. That it would cost more to fix than it would be worth they told me I needed to just junk my car and buy a new one. now if they would have actually took 5 mins to look at my car they would have noticed that a fuse was blown and that the anti-lock system had locked me out it would have took them all 10 minutes if that to fix the car. Crooks. Screwed my wife out of $4000.00 on her trade in by saying things were wrong with her car when no mechanic ever looked at car because there are no mechanics on site on Sundays. Then sold her a car with a broken dash and refuse to fix it because she left a bad review. Garbage Company!! She brought the car back for them to look at it the next day. Guarantee is useless people, Beware!!
We purchased an 18 Grand Sport from Jean at this dealership, and it was the best experience ever, they were very accurate with their pricing and provided THE best rate possible, I will refer all of my friends and family to this location. Everyone I encountered on the sales floor were extremely helpful and friendly.
