THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS WERE RUDE, TALK OVER YOU AND JUST KEEP REPEATING THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN THEY HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANYTHING. JUST READING FROM A COMPUTER SCREEN. If I could give zero stars I would! My card was hacked from the gas of over $241 they only credited back $4.64 one charge! Never in my life have I been to Mexico or anything of that sort. And no One can give me answers! They are horrible I am moving my money out!

I was sent a prepaid card without my requesting one. They used some third party referral and issued the card explaining I might need it. This is inexcusable. No company should be issuing any type of card without your approval. All you have to do is call in and activate it, load it and use it. Who authorized this? If someone had gotten that card instead of me would they have covered my claim for identity theft? I'm truly disgusted by this

If I could give them less I would. My money was transferred to another account without my knowledge/permission, to someone I do not know. There is no one who have my information so I am certain that this was a inside job. It was done through a Netspend Agent. Not only that, I called Customer Service and was treated as if I was a criminal. I asked for badge numbers and was refused by Diane. I asked for a sup. and was placed on hold for 30 minutes, then disconnected. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL NOT PROTECT YOUR MONEY!!

Zero customer service. I am trying to understand how over 600 people on linked in claim to be employed by them, but they have no one to answer a customer service line? impossible to update your information if you need a new password, because no one is responding to customer service email either! shocker... run as far as you can from this joke of an outfit

I wish I could give ZERO stars! Netspend is a less than customer friendly company. A family member purchased a gift card for my daughter for graduation but since she was not 18 yet she could not activate the card. I called and requested a refund. They charged 5.95 cents to issue a refund. I have never received any refund. I have called 5 times over the course of 3 months to request the refund and find out why I have not received it with no luck. Received a prepaid card from someone thinking this was a giftcard. It has been about 3 weeks, 5 emails, 10 phone calls and and I still can't access my "gifted" money. The personal information required to send in is ridiculous (maybe that is not their fault). IF you can get someone by phone they won't resolve anything, they just give you one more step to do or an excuse. We received a netspend card with a correct last name and address, but not the correct first name. We have also been receiving prescription cards in this persons name also. THIS COMPANY IS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH TO TELL THEM THAT THIS PERSON IS A SCAMMER.. It sounds like from the other reviews that I have seen is the response... THEY DON'T CARE. I've put extra locks on my credit and banks and checking our credit reports. I've reported them to the Federal Trade Commission also. HOW CAN THE BBB GIVE THEM AN A+???
