RecommendedVery prompt and professional same-day service. I have called GDS three times and been pleased each time with the service. They even worked with me on the price some since I am a teacher. Incredibly friendly and professional technicians were efficient and answered all of my questions.
Our remotes were not working so they looked at the old door opener and the next thing you know we had a brand new garage door opener installed in less then an hour. It is so much quieter then our old one. Thanks so much for your quick response to our problem.
Except for a screw up with my first appointment, the service and installation were excellent. My first call on 12/29 got me a quick response and an appointment for 12 noon. No one showed or called to tell me they were not coming. My second call the next morning provided a new appointment for today at 10am and the serviceman showed at 9am. He did a great job and was very thorough. He replaced the defective motor and tracks, installed the security eye and programmed the keypad and remotes.
Great service, within a couple hours of my call. My spring had broken, by the time he was finished it was like a new door. Oiled and ready for more years of service.
I was visiting my mother for the Holiday's and her garage door spring broke. My Boyfriend found Neighborhood Garage Door Service online, called and was able to get someone out the next day. Steve came this morning, inspected the garage door and its workings and also found that a cable was about to break. He was knowledgeable, clean and nice. He was able to explain everything to my boyfriend about what needs to be done. Steve fixed the spring and the cable in a timely manner.
Garage Door Service sent Doug Fussell out to my house on the day after Christmas! I had only called them three days before! Doug was a premier Technician, very thorough and very efficient. I expected him to take two days, since he was replacing two doors and adding openers on each door. He only took the daylight hours of one day! I could not believe how fast he was!
