We went out to get in the car and the garage door wouldn't open, spring broke, sliced the safety cable, so we were in a bind. We called Neighborhood Garage Door and they came out within a couple hours and got it taken care of for us. Very professional, very reasonable price, and very highly recommended! We will use them again when is time to replace our old doors.
My garage door broke this week with my car still in it, so I couldn't get to work or get my child to school. I called Garage Door Services in a bit of a panic and was treated like a VIP. The technician arrived in less than an hour, just like the dispatcher said he would. He was professional, courteous and fixed the garage within half an hour. I cannot remember his name, but his dog is named Romeo! Thanks again for a superior experience, I highly recommend this comapny!
I called at 7 pm and by 8:30 the next morning, a friendly, competent young man was at my door. He quickly diagnosed the problem and within minutes my garage door was back in business. I will always call GDS in the future if I and when I have any garage door problems. Barbara Frances
