I had a new garage door opener installed on 1/27/16 in Arlington tx. The tech was on time and did a very professional job. I would recommend this company for all garage door issues. I will also use them in the future.

The service tech individual was outstanding!!! In every way. Diagnosed the problem quickly and presented me with various options. No hidden fees all was open and honest. This young man had the old garage door opener removed and the new one installed and operating during the CBS evening news or roughly 45 minutes total!!! Wow!!!! hard to believe. The price was not high nor was it low but in the middle..... We are completely satisfied. I wish all the best for this young man is soon to become a Daddy again... Congrats!!!!

A chilly Monday evening is not the time when you find out that your garage door is broken and won't open. I made one call and not only was the phone answered right away but the response was friendly, helpful and reassuring. A repairman would call me back soon. 10 minutes later, even though he was on his way home, Yee called and said he was heading over. The door was fixed in an hour and we could not be happier.
