Thanks to Stewart and this company for fixing our door so quickly! Frozen door from ice made a part break off. I called , got great customer service, got Stewart at our house within hours...and BAM!!!!...problem fixed! Very reasonably priced too!

The technician called to tell us he would be late as he was stuck in traffic. I appreciate his letting us know. He was careful to explain everything he felt was needed. We would use this company again.

I called and spoke to the service manager named Chris and he was REALLY, REALLY rude. I called previously to ask about the installation of garage doors at my home in Raleigh, NC and they came out and gave me a quote - I told them I would contact them at a later date to install because I had to clean out my garage in order to have them installed. My garage door was damaged from the December 26 tornado. I called Neighborhood Garage Door Service & they came out & installed a new door. The technician, Doug, was very friendly & did the work in a timely manner. They're awesome!

I had a horrible experience with you guys. I had one of your techs come out last night and he kept upping the price of the repair. I asked for my deposit back and customer service argued with me. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I called another company and their doing it for 1/2 the price you guys quoted. I never got a receipt, so I think I should get all of my money back.

The spring on our garage door snapped and I had no idea who to call so I just did a search of garage door repair companies in our area. When I called NGDS, they were very helpful on the phone and scheduled an appointment a few hours away. The repair techs were on time (a rarity these days with any repair companies) and the techs were courteous, knowledgeable and speedy with the repairs.
