RecommendedOne of our springs had broken on our garage, and we called Neighborhood Garage Door Service, and our service person David V., was very helpful and speedy. He explained everything that he was doing and also did a several point inspection on our garage. We've used this company in the past to install a garage door and everything was great. So that must tell you that this company is good, because we used them a 2nd time and plan on using them again in the future.

This service was everything I needed. I was given an arrival time and the technician showed up right on time. He made me aware of discounts I didn't know about and he conducted a safety check on my entire garage door mechanisms. As a result I was able to make improvements on my system that were badly needed and that will preclude future problems. His team worked quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with the service I received.

My garage door broke half down, at night, and these guys came out and fixed it then. Good customer service by phone and a knowledgable repair guy who answered all of my questions. Top notch.

Fantastic service. Honestly I didn't think anyone would be able to come out and install my new doors in such a short period. They did. The tech who came out was courteous and he knew his stuff, was incredibly helpful in explaining what was going on and what he was doing. On top of that, the price was better than any other quotes I got. I will definitely be call them again when I need my doors serviced (and new openers which I'll probably get next year).

My garage door motor was on the fritz and Neighborhood Garage Door was able to come and assess the issue within a few hours from receiving my call. As I prepared the garage for the serviceman, I found out my car died and It was sitting right under the garage motor!! The serviceman, Rodney, was super nice and helped me jump start my car. He gave me good advice about my car and the garage. He was very patient with me and my morning mishaps. My new garage motor works very well. I would highly recommend this company
