It is Christmas Eve and my garage door wouldn't move I looked up the number of Neighborhood Garage Door Service. When I called and explained what the problem was I was told someone would be able to come and fix the problem today. I was surprised and very grateful for such quick service. Joe Roberts was who came. He explained in detail what all was wrong and what needed to be done. He got everything done and the door is working like new.

The torsion spring on one of our garage doors broke and we had Neighborhood Garage Door Service come out to repair it. My technician, Josh Johnson took the time to explain everything starting with the repair of our broken spring to a few bushings that needed replacement. Additionally I had him replace the spring on our second garage door at the same time as a preventive measure. Broken hinges and a low door, Joseph Roberts came out and did a great job! He explained everything well, and was in and out quickly!
He was very good and new exactly what was wrong with the door.. He sprayed lubricant on places where it needed also.
My garage door had been giving me trouble for a few weeks and I finally had to call someone to take a look. I thought to give these guys a shot and I was glad I did. Brian was at my house the same day and after his 20+ point inspection, told me that the circuit board in the unit needed to be replaced.
