Well this morning while trying to get out of the Garage for work a spring broke so I called Neighborhood Garage Door Service and they sent Keith out right way who got the job done and got me on my way in no time. Keith was very friendly and knowledgeable. Even made a few suggestions. I will definitely use them again! Thanks Keith!
The repair man spent the whole time trying to get me to spend more money on services, that weren't necessary. Then, charged a large amount to repair a simple tension spring. Lastly, refused to take a coupon from the company website, stating that "he already was discounting the service call"... call someone else, if your overhead door needs servicing.

The whole experience was excellent. I called on Sunday afternoon and the technician, Daniel, was at our house at 8a on Monday morning. He was personable and professional, got right to work and did an excellent job. He even went above and beyond the call of duty by answering questions on a second garage door, instructing me on proper maintenance techniques and products. His work was both prompt and clean. I highly recommend Neighborhood Garage Door Service!
Not only did they come out almost immediately, but they were very professional and efficient. They finished in record time and the end result looked better than what we started with!
