RecommendedThe service was outstanding and expeditious. The serviceman was very personal and informative. I was able to call late at night because the dispatch department is open 24hrs and the dispatcher gave me great advice in diagnosing my problem. I also was able to secure an appointment at 7am allowing me to not miss work.
Garage door basically fell off late one evening. Contacted Neighborhood Garage Service for emergency service and Craig was there within a half an hour. I had the garage serviced before twice and they didn't fix it to the level Craig did. My door is 16 years old and hasn't sounded this quiet for years. Craig was great and he was only on site for about 45 minutes.

I am simply amazed at the quality of service I received in an emergency situation. I was about to leave my home to take my children to school and then go to work. My garage door would not budge so I did a quick Google search of emergency garage repair and Neighborhood Garage Door Service was the first on the list. My automatic garage door opener would not work for the past few months because the metal piece in the middle was bent / broken. Our technician, Phillip, was knowledgeable about my options to fix the situation. He repaired the door quickly. Now it works so well. I'm so glad I don't have to open and close it by hand anymore.

Our Technician Jeremiah was fantastic. He knew exactly the limitations of the system in place and how fixing our broken tension spring would be a hassle, but he made it extremely hassle free. The door was also originally set too close to the door frame, so he just fixed that quick and now the door isn't grinding the wood frame anymore. Extremely happy with the service and the price.
Michael was very professional - called prior to arriving and arrived when he said he would. Replacing the double springs, bearings and rollers and tightening the connection to house house overall, he was done in less than an hour. ...and the door is much quieter than it was prior to the roller breaking off!

Called on a Friday afternoon when our garage door spring broke (trapping one of our cars inside). Weren't sure we'd be able to get service that day, but yes! After first giving us a three-hour window, the dispatcher called back to tell us when the service tech was on the way, and then the tech called as well when he was about 10 minutes out.
