We have been with Stevenson Service Experts for well over 10 years now. It was time to purchase an upgrade to both the furnace and air conditioner. We chose the25 Seer flex fuel system with the 99% furnace. The brand, Lennox, is the only one that is made in USA.! They do purchase some parts foreign made. Larry and Shane installed in a very professional way and cleaned up spotlessly after themselves. You can't go wrong with a Lennox. ************************

Had Rolans ****** come to my home on 10/25/2021 to tell me I need a new furnace, I called another company to come in and to find out I didn't need a new furnace only a new switch! Quoted me 7,500 and the switch was only 125.00. Disgusting

When I made the decision to change from oil to propane I searched the market. There are a lot of choices. We live out in the country and need reliable service and equipment. I choose Lennox because of their reputation, their manufacturing place and and Cronin/Emery Boehmers. Boehmers has serviced this area for over 100 years and again have the peoples trust. Scam Company. Had fan motor issues on 5 year old unit. Made calls to multiple to companies to see if anyone could come out after hours. Got a call back from a company that they were in their way. Issue is, it wasn't this company and although we called, they never actually spoke with us. They showed with a Tech and a Salesman? Salesman spent his time trying to rent me a new unit at $300 a month while tech said there was more wrong with the unit than just fan motor. Was told to keep unit off and they would send out quote for w... read more

My father bought both a heating and air conditioning unit from Stevenson's. They talked him into signing a lease agreement for the equipment, which is managed from their parent company, Service Experts, in Texas. My complaint is with Service Experts, not Stevenson's. If you are considering a lease agreement with them, I suggest you look into it carefully and consider other options. You will end up paying much more than the service is worth if you take on one of these leases. My father was 91 years old at the time, was gettin... read more

They tried to sign me up for their service and I didn't want it. I paid all their service charges and asked for no marketing and to NOT be enrolled in their "service plan". I kept on receiving phone calls and txts.....for marketing. I was also enrolled into their program and received more calls. I then discovered charges on my credit card and of course they removed them after I called. But what a joke I have to go thru that! What's my time worth dealing with all that? Their tech actually did perform good work, so nothing neg... read more

We had an expensive system installed just over 2 years ago. New furnace, new AC, new hot water heater. We get service for units every year. The last service on the furnace was in late August of this year. Now on a cool morning less than 2 months later (with a furnace that is 2 years old), no heat! Better still, I call for service and get their answering service in a foreign country. I am told that they are overbooked, but an overbook request has been submitted.
