My dad signed up for a new AC and the advantage program in Dec 2019. He passed away in July 2020. Before his passing, he called numerous times as he was never billed and also did not receive any service. They just kept telling him to wait. After he passed and I called to figure out what needed to be done, I was told the only way out was to pay the entire amount (about 15k) or upon sale of the house, transfer it to the buyer. While some of our customers prefer to pay everything up front, others do not, and as such, prefer our Advantage Program. Our Advantage Program pricing allows our customers to have peace of mind with continual maintenance support on new equipment for one low monthly payment.

I did business with the Westminster, CO, office, & found everyone to be very helpful, professional, & knowledgeable. My A/C unit was the original 1993 unit that was installed when my house was built, & the furnace was 2010. I had been expecting the replacement of both of them & decided to have it done at the same time with matching Lennox brands. On July 5, I called Admiral for emergency plumbing services. ___, the technician came to my house on July 6. He unclogged a blockage, installed a toilet and performed a camera inspection of my plumbing lines. On July 17 another back up occurred. I called and was "told" a technician could come between 2-4. At 4, when no one showed up, I called to inquire when the technician would arrive. The OM asked who I spoke to. This company is a complete ripoff. DO NOT fall for their Advantage Program. I called them when my A/C unit broke and when the technician showed up he told me that I needed a whole new unit. Within an hour their was a salesman at my door telling me about their advantage program. This guy sat at my dinning room table and lied right to my face, and my wife, telling us how great the Advantage Program was. He explained the benefits of the program but did not mention the buyout after 7 years, which is exactly 53% of the original c... read more

Recently my A/C stopped working. I called Air Engineers and got an immediate emergency service appointment to check the issue, which in itself is remarkable, since A/C repair is in VERY high demand in July in Florida. After calling Air Engineers, "Fletch" (service tech #520) phoned me, said he'd be by in 20 minutes, and exactly 20 minutes later, he pulled up to my house. Technician Catlin was very knowledgeable about installation; fast friendly service. Very professional. Replaced toilet, vanity, and sink at reasonable labor cost; I will be hiring them again for additional projects.

I have used Boehmers Service Experts Heating and Air Conditioning since 2007. I have their yearly tune-up service and find the bookings easy. With one exception their technicians have been excellent. They are polite, efficient and respectful. Last year they installed a new furnace at the end of winter. The old furnace had to be turned off immediately and they installed a new one within two days. I would highly recommend their services.

Making a long story short. I have had service with Service Experts for a little over a year now. I am currently still paying on my unit. I have had to have 2 tech come out within my year warranty. Now its just a little over my year warranty and I am having blower motor issues. I have health issues that require me to have proper A/C and Heating. I just recently called because I came home and my home was hot once again. They sent a tech out within a couple of ours. The tech Marvin was very rude, said that my blower fan was fai... read more
