I wanted to replace the unit to save on our electric bill, also SRP has rebates going it our area for replacing the A/C unit, rebates for repairing any ducting that was needed(appx. 25ft)and a rebate for installing insulation. The technicians are great but the administrators and supervisors are AWFUL. I purchased 2 new units from them and I pay monthly maintenance fee. One of the unit had to be serviced at least 12 times with multiple issues and defects (a lemon). I recently had a maintenance visit that found low level of cooler again, which means the unit is leaking again. I called and even emailed the supervisor and no one will return the calls or the emails. Such a bad company!

Would leave ZERO stars if possible. These people are a scam. They claimed our entire unit was broken and quoted us $9,000-$20,000 for repair. They lied to our face. Even saw we are a humble family with small children and left us with no air in 90 degree weather. They are pure evil scum! Do yourself a favor and delete their number. RUN!

I had a new install within the past week. I feel the technician was kind and knowledgeable. He answered any questions I had and also gave information about the new unit. I only have one complaint so far. I told the tech that the outside unit was wobbling before the tech left. He said he hadn't anchored it down yet and was going to before he left. The tech did not anchor it because the unit is still wobbling. I had to call for service to get someone back out here.

I called Service Experts Heating and Air-conditioning to repair my old air conditioner on June 1, 2021. The repairman came to my house and after looking at my 7-year old A/C, he told me I would be better off to purchase their maintenance program with which they would install a free air conditioner and come to my house regularly to service it. I have a weird size water heater and had to purchase it from Home Depot. Stevenson came out and installed it for me and removed my old one. They arrived earlier then scheduled. They were very efficient, personable and even checked with me the next day to make sure it was working properly.

They serviced the wrong unit and don't respond to my complaint. I don't understand, why the technician didn't realize that the smaller unit is cooling the 2nd floor and bigger unit - the 1st floor. He was positive that he is fixing the right unit, changed broken details - capacitor and single pole contactor which actually weren't broken, and after a few hours I called them back as the unit still didn't cool. I called for help on Wednesday for our Central AC issues and we had a tech here within a short time, (Matt) he was great and and he ordered the part which came in quickly and installed by his brother, (Mike) on Saturday. Both techs were professional, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. We would give them both more than 5 stars if it were possible. We are very happy with this company. We have used them in the past for Plumbing issues, and we received excellent service at that time as well.

In my opinion this company should be the prime example of personal and professional utter ignorance. Purchased a new AC unit in May of 2020 and since day one there has nothing but issues to include: Water leaking, pipes leaking, water flow pump malfunction, and a few others.
