Wonderful...so pleased service was timely...professional....Aaron really knew what he was doing. I highly recommend him & Bryant....call them the admin staff are so helpful & knowledgeable. 5 star review from me!

First, my $18k+ AC system was installed incorrectly and then took months for them to properly fix. I've had the system for just over 2 years and have had multiple problems with the Lennox system. Being apart of Strand Brothers Advantage Program means nothing as far as quality of the customer service goes. Techs come out and don't complete tasks before leaving (if you can get a tech out), the schedulers are awful at giving out timelines that never come to fruition, communication from company to customer is horrific as well in... read more

Was told that our old unit was obsolete and could no longer find any parts for it. This company was the one that installed the unit only 10 years ago. We had to install a new unit as we were told by a Finch representative. This was in the last part of the summer. Finch had some contractors come out and removed the old unit. Which was to remove attic door and remove inside unit and added a extra air return. The unit worked fine until the wather changed. Now when we turn on the heater the unit blows a fuse? This company is ridiculous. Three years ago I spent around $25K to have a furnace, A/C and hot water tank installed. I had a service contract with them and all they did was play with their cell phone and vacuum my filter. I obviously did not renew the contract. I called for service on 11/5/21 due to a service code alert. The rep assured me I would get a call back within 2 hours to have service scheduled. Three days later, still not call. Their technician backed into the canopy of a parking structure in our complex last Saturday (Oct. 30, 2021). I watched as the driver took off. Called the company four times this week, identified myself, spoke to three different people, all of whom promised someone would return my call. Guess what? NOTHING!! Stay away from this bunch.

We have always been pleased with the service from Parker-Pearce in Gaithersburg. The techs are knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. We have a maintenance plan with them for our HVAC system. They contact us twice a year to schedule a checkup of our system.

I had an annual contract for AC and furnace inspection. Just a couple weeks ago, I got a letter from them, informing me that they had "become part of the Enercare" family. A few weeks later, a technician showed up at our home for our furnace inspection. He was here barely 15 minutes, then turned off and red-tagged our furnace, telling us the heat exchanger was cracked. Called with a Thermostat problem on a Sunday afternoon. Received a call back from a "tech" and they were out the next day to replace the thermostat. At that time they found a couple of possible faulty circuit cards, which they ordered and replaced. A manager came out to ensure the diagnosis and repair were expeditiously done. We are very happy with the service. We have their Amour + Maintenance plan so we did not pay for labor or parts, well worth it! ***** **

Do not do business with Sunbeam! I called them to come out to my home and do a repair on my hot water boiler furnace. They arrived in two separate vehicles, one of the employees was the service tech that other was a salesman. The tech told me what was wrong and said the repair would be over one thousand dollars, then he suggested that i talk with salesman who wanted me to sign for a program that you pay into for the rest of your home life to take care of the furnace.
