They found and issue and fixed it, as well as gave us a list of all the items they checked while here. Overpriced paid for leak in dishwasher plus parts. Never fixed problem and said buy a new dishwasher also coned me into buying a special promotion fee monthly. Now they wont call me back for a help installing a new dishwasher. Never received an invoice

I was very pleased with how my plumbing issue was handled by **********************, *********************. His expertise and professionalism were excellent. I did have a problem with a young man from corporate that was in the local office for a few days to tag along with the tech. He was very pushy and almost convinced me I should buy a new water heater because mine was old. He actually made it leak. I needed a new furnace and hot water tank, and ******** Supply provided a competitive quote. I thought I would rent the equipment for a few years, just to make sure the installation was properly done and the equipment performed as promised. One year into my rental, company refused to do an annual maintenance call, as is required by the manufacturer to assure warranty coverage. My dad called to have his a/c tuned up. He is a senior living on a budget. His old unit was only 6 years old. ************************* scammed him out of thousands of dollars by having him buy a new unit that he didnt need. We believe he showed my dad pictures that were not his unit in order to sell him a new one. Stay far away from this company and *************************!!
Midlands Air Service Experts have horrible people behind the scenes. It starts with the manager and floats around with the rest of the reps who answer the phone. Mostly, they give wrong information, they do not listen to the customer, and are only nice to the customer until they get their money. They lie; they lie to cover up their lies, they do not send invoices but will lie and say they did. They hold on to your money/refunds but will say it is on the way. They are rude. ****** promised to look into a ************** rebate for attic insulation. He promised a return call within an hour or two. Ive never heard back and a week has passed. The work has been done, Ive paid over $6000 and no word on whether Im entitled to a rebate. Unacceptable.
