Just had my annual ac tune-up & it was done in an hour. Friendly & quality service. Been using them for years for ************************* and had them install new units several years ago. Good to deal with. Dependable.

Greetings ************* *************** came out to my home on Saturday March 20th to go over prices and systems I told him I'm not trying to lease or spend over $12,000 after going over several options he said I got one for $12,000 lifetime warranty with free service calls a referral fee of a $1000 because your current customer referred me and $300 plus a rebate up to $2500 ************* because this particular unit was eligible for a rebate when I received the advantage paperwork Fri May 26 it read $23,000 and a lease not ... read more

I an a dissatisfied customer , who is still waiting for a call back from management. I had a schedule appointment for the hours of 4-6. with a no show from the technician. The office was unable to reach him after several attempts. I feel this is very unprofessional way to handle business. We all know life happens but take responsible for your action. Still waiting since last night for a courtesy call from this company. I would not recommend this company in the future due to the lack of respect for a customer time.

We been having ac service for several years now, and they always clean the furnace replace filter, and ck and clean the compressor. This time they didn't want to clean the furnace or replace filter. was told they didn't have a vacuum, and the filter was $70.00. When i told them I would call the office he made a effort to clean with my vacuum,took him less than five minutes. We were very disappointed with them and will not use them again

A year and a half ago my 78 year old semi invalid sister with the beginnings of dementia and living alone was coerced into an agreement with Advantage Loyalty of Service Experts for the lease of a new HVAC and Water Heater! I can only imagine what they told her. Now shes in a nursing home, and in getting her finances in order I found out about this companys hold on her. They are the worst people ever. They sold my 89 year old father a 10 year service plan!! After 10 years he would still owe 25% of the ac unit!! They were so difficult to get a hold of and unreasonable I had to send a copy of his death certificate to finally get the service contract cancelled. After a year of paying 140$ a month on a 8,000 dollar unit I still had to almost the full price for the AC unit. My dad paid 1,680 NONE OF THAT WENT TO PAY OFF THE AC UNIT.
