I would like to make a complaint against the ********* Home Services, located at ***************** ******, *****, AZ *****. We have been their clients since 2010 (at that time the company had another name). We notice repeatedly their tactic of adding every time some "improvements" for which they charged significant sums of money. We still elected to continue using them because we had a service plan. Hi, I use this company for the first time the other day and I'm very pleased with the fast customer service and the good work that the technician Sean M** and his coworker John R. performed when they installed a new condensate pump on one of my HVAC units that is in the basement.

The HVAC equipment is working well. However, I was promised that the equipment was made in the U.S.A. Only about 60% was manufactured in this country. Also, Roland ******* promised to take care of the rebates from Lennox and National Grid. After 1 year and many phone calls, this has not happened. We are very satisfied with the service and the furnace provided by ** *******. Our 17-year old, first-generation high-efficiency furnace decided to fail a couple of days prior to an extended Polar Vortex forecast for Calgary, so time was of the essence. I phoned ** ******* on a Wednesday afternoon, and a service tech visited that same evening and correctly diagnosed the problem as a dead fan motor.
