I ordered my daughter glasses 15 days ago and there still not in and going to take another week to maybe get them this is just ridiculous

Just had an eye exam for contacs and it went great - my first time at Nationwide Vision but not my last!

Nationwide vision on Grant and Campebell is a joke. Mary and Cheryl are very unprofessional. Mary answered the phone once by saying "what's the problem?" I've been doing customer service 15+ yrs and is that is not the way you talk to anyone unless your wanting to be a jerk. They handled my situation very poorly on top of that. I don't recommend this place at all.

Unprofessional, untrained employees and I have waited 3 weeks for a pair of glasses that should have only taken a week.

My appointment was at 1:00 and I sat there for a half an hour and watched the doctor eat her lunch with the staff. Complete disregard for my time. I wont be going back.

Nationwide on 1170 North Estrella Parkway has the WORST customer service we have ever encountered. My mom visited this location to purchase a new set of glasses but ended up purchasing contacts instead. She was told to return on the 2nd of April (today) to take a class in the proper application of her new contracts but she was not given an appointment card. She thought if she showed up as soon as this location opened (8:00 am) that she would be able to find out her appointment time. She walks in to find her appointment time ... read more

Why make a appointment and have to wait for almost 30 minutes. When I ask how much longer she said there's one more ahead of you. And that's just to get the dilation. You would honestly think it would be done within 15 maybe 20 minutes after his time. This is the rudest bunch of people. Its like they don't like their jobs. And to think I still have to come back and pick up his glasses. This place is like a zoo.
