horrible service. after several tries to get in. was seen, set up for a "class" on how to put in contacts. no such thing it take 5 minutes. had to come back for a class. refused to accommodate my schedule. tried twice. 2nd time running 10 minutes late. refused service and refused to give me the prescription to go elsewhere. very rude and nasty on the phone. so yea I cursed at her. I came in as a customer needing service and cannot get it. charged me 55 for the fitting they never did. refuse to give it back. filed complaint w... read more

I will never ever use nationwide again! They’re holding my PAID FOR script hostage! This has never happened to me in 20 years! I am an adult if I say the contacts are fine then they are fine! I even placed three previous contact orders with the script with no problem now all of the sudden they want to deny me my script! Unbelievable! 51st Ave. and Indian school do not go there!
