Third year in a row trying to order contacts but Nationwide can’t seem to get anything right. Stopped into the store 2 days ago to order. They were supposed to contact my doctor to get the script faxed over and told me they would give me a call for follow up & payment. To date, no follow up phone call For the last two years, a different location has flat ordered the wrong contacts and left me without contacts for weeks at a time. Their service is atrocious!!!

They gave my 5 year old a prescription that way extremely inaccurate. Not only that, but the glasses they charged to my insurance was the total cost of the yearly allowance. Now, I have to potentially get a prior auth for a new pair. They put my daughters vision at risk!!! 30 minute later update- I was told that my benefit year rolled over so I could get another pair yet I still had the allowance and I could pay the difference. That is a bunch of crap. My insurance pays for two pairs of glasses and not one.
