RecommendedAfter reading all these reviews I was hesitant to go to my appointment I made.... When I called to make that appointment the rep penciled me in 5 days later..i asked if i could have it scheduled the next day....rep was nice and gave me the day I wanted without any negativity. I went to my appt at 2pm 10 mins before the set time. I waited 15 mins before I was called at 2:05pm.. the staff were friendly. I could easily go and take my prescription somewhere else and buy a frame from Walmart for $10 but it would be the same exact from from nationwide vision and it would be $80!! I don't understand this!!

The one here in Buckeye, AZ is terrible. Staff is very rude and act like they are superior to customers. Wonder who they think pays their wages. Last time coming here. Just as bad as last time here. But this is who handles grandkids insurance, they are why I cancelled my eye insurance. Eye Med needs to get Walmart optical.
Today I visited the Nationwide Vision on Williams Field Rd in Gilbert, AZ and I had such a great experience. The staff was polite, outgoing and they all seemed to really enjoy working there. That alone was a nice change of pace. I went on my work lunch break and I was in and out much sooner then I expected. Very pleased!!

Great service from tech to doctor to eyeglass specilist who help me pick my glasses.(Hayden/Chaparal, Scottsdale). They dealt with the insurance company and made sure I had a perfect fit.

My 10 year old son and I both go to Nationwide for our eye exams and glasses. They are always great even when he resists the "eye puff" machine. :) Quality products and great service!
