The location on 35th ave and Bethany home is a joke. My family and I have been going here for the last decade and they have become a bunch of lazy idiots. I ordered contacts that I was told would be ready for pickup between 5-7 business days. I called asking about the wait time two weeks later and was told they should arrive in the next few days and that they typically take 3/4 weeks. I'm extremely unhappy with this businesses services in Flagstaff Arizona. Here you will experience rude sales associates, no help, and reporting it to the manager (Pam) will get you no where. She's just as rude and unhelpful. I've had issues with my contacts and it's took me awhile to get any services. Oh but they were quick to take my insurance benefits and all out of pocket costs. I went to nationwide to by some glasses. They "d me a price in which my insurance would cover part of it and I would have to pay out of pocket for the rest. My church paid their part and I paid the other part. 8 months later I get a bill in the mail for $100. They don't stick to their Original deal that they give you. They say everything is pre authorized from the insurance and then they tell you a more what a joke. I cannot recommend them.
I would like to take a moment to thank the entire staff at NationWide Vision in Riverview, FL. I have been suffering from awful migraines and was recommended to get my eyes checked. I have been going to daisy mountain nationwide for 3 years, my mother for 1 between the two of us we have spent over 1000.00 dollars. I had a very rude employee when mom got her glasses this year . Her tone was outrageous.. i waited on her today as a employee that like my job I waited on her no problem until she asked me to go to a different dept 4-5 feet away I told Diana would help her , in take same tone u mean I have to walk all the way down there Ian really going elsewhere do is mom

BUT, only if you are not in a hurry to get your glasses. Never in all my years did I have to wait two weeks to receive my glasses. Most places have them back in less than a week. First and last time I will use them.
I need to make a complaint for Sheena the manager at the store 6815 N 19th ave, Phoenix, Az 85015. If I have to post in public the record calls with that manager I will do it in every social media. Not even she messed up the right numbers for my glasses but she even is handling very unprofessionally the situation.. did I mention she even stormed on me and hung up?? I’ve been taking my family to Nationwide Vision on Williams field and Gilbert Road location for 3 years. The manager, Furi, is amazing. She is helpful, friendly, accommodating, and she really knows her business. I brought my special needs son to see her and she was so professional and caring, I can’t say enough about her. She is such an asset to your company.
