They gave me the WORST exam I’ve EVER gotten and I’ve had quite a few over the years. I told the doctor that the power he was giving me for my contacts wasn’t as high as I usually get, but he didn’t listen to me. Then, when my glasses came in, they didn’t even bother to ask how they were & only tightened them because I asked. The staff was extremely unwelcoming and bordered on rude. Store Manager at Desert Ridge over promised and under delivered, then violated HIPPA. Buyer beware! She has crossed a line. Not only did she hurt my special needs child by delaying a specialized lens, but then she lets her poor behavior reflect in her ability to manage her store. I am sure the ADA and Special Needs Community would want to know.
