let customers change the brand of contacts without having to get another $100 plus exam with an active prescription. Then I could only order a 6 month supply of contacts of the same unsatisfactory lenses. I am but one of many who have had the same type of bait and switch service at this and other stores.

Visited the office on Power Rd, Mesa AZ and was very impressed at the great customer service. I have insurance through Humana and my glasses were completely covered. Thank you Tasha and Yesica (yes, that is her name).

I had a horrible experience from beginning to end. I paid $500 for 2 pair of glasses that are useless to me because they couldn't get the prescription right. I'm not convinced they use real optometrists or any kind of medical professionals for that matter. The staff were very fake and I'm sure they scammed me into getting progressive when I really only needed readers, which they finally admitted they screwed up. 19 th avenue and union hills location IN Phoenix AZ. I have had nothing but trouble since coming to your company. Over a month ago I came in for my husband's glasses and then the next day I did my glasses. And then the day after that he did it sunglasses. My glasses came in first, isn't that weird how my glasses came in first when it was done after his? Then his sunglasses came in also, is that not weird that they came in before his original glasses? no customer service complaint process online. I have a problem with sunglasses that my husband purchased and no one to reach anyone at corporate

First visit picked out frames staff super helpful. ordered glasses. picked them up and could see with them. sales staff upset when I said are you sure these are right? she then in very stern voice said yes without any examination of glasses then yelled at me when asked her to double check to point other customers were staring. I then picked up glasses and went back to the eye doctor. they checked glasses remeasured them and redid exam. wrote problems out and I returned to nationwide were sales lady was not nice and took me n... read more

Horrible service and processed my RX in correctly would never recommend this company specifically their Desert Ridge Location.
