Dr in Maricopa was terrible. Wouldn’t listen to me, rushed through exam, told me I was fine to drive with my eyes dilated-I wasn’t, gave me a prescription I can’t see out of, charged me for a contact lens fitting that my insurance covers, and now I have to pay for an exam someplace else since my insurance only covers one per year. My advice-stay away from this location.

WOW Really the Nationwide Vision in San Tan Valley on W.Combs & Gantzel is outrages. I had an appointment today and it was so outrages that I will go elsewhere from now on. I had bought 3 pairs of glasses from you for $500 and had two appointments one just two weeks ago and was coming in today for a eye exam and new glasses. They said they lost all my info including the two medical cards copies I gave them last week. They say I am not covered and I just called my insurance before I came in and they said I wasn't covered. No ... read more

I took my daughter for her yearly eye exam and glasses on 07/22/2019 to the location on 44th st and Indian School. The following week on Thursday 08/01/2019 I called to check the status on her glasses. Typically we receive her glasses within 7 days. The first person that answered the phone stated she couldn’t find an eyeglass order. She then proceeded to put me on hold and got her assistant manager on the phone whom told me that my daughter has “two records”. And that her eyeglass order was placed last Monday 7/22, and that ... read more

They told me they would call me to set up an appointment to get fitted with a trial pair of contacts. I paid for the fitting in advance and they never called me when the trial pair came in. I got a letter that the appointment wasn't covered by insurance after I paid in advance and they kept my money.

Business response:

Hi Esteban, We would like to get some more information from you & do what we can to help. If you’re open to being contacted, please send your contact information & the location you visited to marketing@nationwidevision.com and we will reach out. Thank you!

Keep a better appointment schedule. My nephew's appointment was scheduled for 10:45 am and an hour and fifteen minutes later he still hasn't been seen. I can understand some delays, but this is ridiculous!

these people promised me a certain type of glasses I paid over 700.00 to them, a month later I got glasses that were not what they promised. Ok. I don't want them. Can you believe 3 months later they charge me again for a product I never expected to begin with? wow.

Visited your Happy Valley location fully expecting to pay my $10 co-pay for the exam. I came here for a new prescription so I could get Sunglasses - since my prescription was just over 2 years old. I've had no change in my vision and no history of eye disease. When checking out - the total came to $22. When I asked why not the $10 co-pay, I was told because "we dilated your eyes and the extra tests." If you're going to add on extra services during the exam, would be nice to disclose that there will be an additional charge be... read more

It took forever for my husband to have a simple eye exam done so that he could get his contacts. Not only that, but they gave him the wrong contacts!!! Very unhappy with the service of this particular location. 🤬
