I have only had my glasses 4 months and the arm snapped right off them as I was taking them off causing them to then fall to the floor and scratched the lenses... Although I paid $200 for HDV lenses there is no difference from my old glasses. They claim everyone in the store is trained to fit glasses but I have yet to find anyone that is capable of doing so. I have a feeling all their positive customer reviews are written by employees because they had me sign a paper that said I was picking up my glasses but never mentioned the review portion on the top. When I asked about it they said they didn't need that part filled out just my signature on the bottom. Buyer Beware!
