Why bother stating they have bogo glasses when there are so many un stated restrictions . I was told by three different employees a diff story and after finally getting the correct story was being treated rudely. I went to the Goodyear office and was treated like I was more of an inconvience then a customer. The worse part is I'm still waiting for my glasses after 15 business days. Why give a time frame if you have no actual control of it! So dissatisfied after paying over 500 in glasses and appts, wld never recommend!

Buckeye location on Yuma and Watson is amazing! Staff is so friendly and so accommodating. Very nice people. The manager is very personable and so is the rest of the staff. Would definitely recommend coming here to see the doctor. She is very experienced and knows her stuff. 5 stars all the way.

They should do you good! I had a terrible experience last year here in Mesa, Arizona! I even filled out one of their surveys on how my service was an heard NOTHING BACK!! My experience has always been so good an have used NWV for over 20 years but my last visit really turned away my business with them. Took both my children in on the same day. My daughter got her glasses a week later than they said would be in and supposibly they could not find my sons after calling for 3 weeks finally talked to manager who said they tried to contact us and when they got no response they sent them in the mail!!! I've been going to the Nationwide Vision on Westwood and southern in Mesa AZ for years now, Although I do admit customer service does need some working on I feel they could be more polite and not look so serious or unhappy with there job! The location on 95th Ave and camelback Phoenix AZ has the worst service. I wanted to use Davis Vision to get my annual exam. I made it very clear I only wanted an exam. Made it very clear I didn't want to purchase any contacts or lenses. After I walked out from my exam I was sat at a desk and scammed. I was told I HAD to purchase lenses or glasses in order for my insurance to cover my annual exam. I was told I had to pay out of pocket for my exam if I didn't purchase lenses or glasses. Will never go to nationwide again either. Terrible experience....over priced then had eye exam which I thought was precise...nope. Doc wrote it wrong and after 3 weeks of fighting...finally another exam. To find out original was keyed wrong. UNACCEPTABLE. Another two weeks my crappy glasses since original frame not,availabe....:-(
