This company cost me almost $2000 in repairs to my vehicle and refused to accept responsibility! I waited TEN months for my scooter to be delivered by NSM. During that time I researched transporters for my vehicle. I couldn't afford the one I wanted but I called NSM to see what they had to offer. I was offered a refurbished one of the set up I wanted and accepted it as it was a very reasonable price. Best to find a company that offers on call services for powerchairs. Twice within the last two months had a problem with the tilt mechanism failing to work. My husband drives a handicap van where the powerchair locks behind the steering wheel. He must tilt the chair slightly to get in and out of the van on the built in ramp. Once inside the van, he must tilt the chair back to lower position so that he can access the hand controls. Nsm has a very poor network of people that don't seem to much care about a sales order if the order is only 1800. Was told my copay was about 350 and by the time they started processing order it didn't leave enough time on my old medicare insurance and then copay jumped to 1000.00. Go on internet and total bill was under 200. No returning phone calls.

The service from this company is one of the worst, if not the worst, I have ever experienced. They will not return emails or calls. They are vague in answwering questions. My son's wheel chjair was ordered early December and I was just told thew order was processed on Feb 24 . Mobility equipment - a wheelchair - is clearly the ONLY way people with paralysis can get AROUND AND THIS COMPANY IS SLOW AND TERRIBLE. Do not use if you have a choice. Very poorly operated company. I have muscular dystrophy totally dependent on my power wheelchair.I saw my rehab doctor in Feb. 2021 for evaluation. I then had to go for a seating at ***** in May, the guy from National seating and mobility didn't show up so Diane from ***** did all the measuring for all items I needed, paper work was then sent back to Dr. S******* for approval and consent form. 0 stars: STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!! UPDATE: Thanks to Katrina Y**** and national seating, it's now been A YEAR since our wheelchair evaluation and 4 months since she canceled my son's (he's terminally ill) wheelchair and bath equipment. He is JUST NOW getting a new evaluation thru his Dr to a different dme provider. That's A YEAR of not having proper wheelchair settings/cushion and NO bath support. He can't sit up by himself on his current shower chair. Which means someone has to physically support him while someone else washes... read more
