Very disappointing service. I have federal *********************** and nsm was handling my wheelchair order. My therapist sent my order to them in late Nov 21 and I waited months until I realized something was wrong. No word. I contacted nsm and they said my insurer had a preautorization process and nsw was still waiting. My insurance does NOT have this requirement. The onus was put on me to call insurer and nsm to clear this up. No one from nsm took the time to figure this out, just put it to the side for months. They deal ... read more

This is about national seating and mobility. They told me I was getting a 4 wheel scooter since April, they knew my insurance was medicare and medicaid and that they do not pay for 4 wheels. My Dr. sent reports stating why I need a 4 wheel, I'm a big person and I suffer from vertigo so I need something stable. My insurance agent also was misleading about my benefits from ******. I have but noting but problems with NSM when got my *********************** Q700 HD mid-wheel wheelchair. The first repair happens 6o days or so after getting a power wheelchair. it was sent back to the factory to be fixed. this took 60 or more days. I wanted to report this to my state disability action group, the chair was under warranty, and I had no case. As of yesterday, July 9, 2022. the same problem happing again on the same side.

Going on 7 months still no words as to when my chair will be ready sitting here waiting on the painkillers to kick in after having to go everywhere and my leg is starting to swell again and they have to nerve to get angry at me because they made a mistake and tell me that they don't want to deal with me after they finish the chair I don't see how a company that deals with disabled people can be so callous

This company is an absolute atrocity it should be absolutely ashamed in the way they conduct themselves they do not provide the services we pay them for they are rude and nasty when you finally get to talk to them to complaining about the fact that you're not receiving any things they tell you you are supposed to be receiving 7 months ago I ordered a control stick for my chair it has not gotten here I have been waiting on batteries for well over two months I have no arms and no legs a guy I speak with on the phone out of La ... read more

These people should not be in business myself and my occupational therapist have called them repeatedly asking for help with a home assessment and no one calls back. How are they still in business. This one is in Chicopee,MA. I am going to call their corporate office. This is unacceptable for a business for disabled people.
I have been dealing with national seating and mobility for the past ten years the first three years of service we're great now it's a absolute nightmare.they no-show appointments,customer service is downright terrible,and my rep Debbie is so busy I've outgrown my chair and just gave up on trying to get the right measurements and adjustments,this company needs to be investigated I'm sure some rules are being broken pertaining to the Americans with disabilities act.
