I was called by phone and was set up with an appointment for them to come to my house to measure my doors and all. They never showed up they would not answer my calls or my text was just completely ignoring me and flat out lied about everything they said they was going to do. Did not return not one call to even say they wasn’t coming. Still have not heard from them so I have moved on to another company. If their word is not dependable their equipment prolly isn’t either. I tried to work with the National Seating office at 1957 Pioneer Road in Huntingdon Valley, PA. My husband qualified for a chair in February. I asked numerous questions and was given a bit of a run around but was assured the chair would fit in my suv. We were charged $700 in May (balance from what our insurance coverage). NSM said the wheelchair would be delivered in June due to supply chain issues (understandable). This is the worst company ever. They never answer their phones and they never get back to you. My son has been waiting for parts for over a year now. This company does not care about their clients and their needs. The sad part is that they own all the other companies in the area.

My son has been trying to get chairs through this company for over a year and a half for his little boy who is disabled. These chairs could help my grandson. He has called numerous times and gets no response. . Meanwhile this company has his money and refuses to return his telephone calls. These chairs can mean the difference in the quality of life for my 3 year old grandson. The company just doesn’t seem to care. At this point we don’t know what to do anymore. My son is a quadriplegic and a employee from Travis now National mobility my son needs his wheelchair to go to his urologist to have his catheter changed once a month and his old wheelchair is like 10 years old a new one was implemented but was not right one for his needs. Therapist Eddie was working on his case. I qualified for a power chair from National Seating and Mobility over a year ago and I still haven't received it. An agent with the company told me that it has been marked as picked up by me. They obviously charged my insurance and now I can't even get anyone on the phone. This is so frustrating.

If I could give negative stars I would. HORRIBLE company to deal with & we are forced to because they are literally the only ones around that do wheelchair repairs. Waiting 3 months now to get a manual chair fixed that is 100% out of commission. Took it in after 2.5months of waiting bay to be told that the back couldn’t be fixed so they did everything else except the most important part. Again leaving us with a non working chair & no idea when it will be fixed. Can’t figure out where parts are, takes months to even get parts... read more

You don't get call back. They lie and tell you they have sent paperwork to insurance company. The financial processing manager Lisa is very rude. And tells you too lie to your doctors and insurance company that she's working on it. You have too be afraid to call or you may not even get your power wheelchair. How are they able to do this I have given up I'll be deceased by the time they call or even do the paperwork or even respond to the insurance company. They don't care for the disabled. I bought a stair lift from this company due to my 13 year old becoming recently paralyzed. At first they were great, came right out and measured. Upon installation there was a clearance issue which needed a small wall removed. New wall and 500 dollars later, wall complete and the boy had a chair to get in and out of house. Week later The lift dies. They came out days later and replaced battery. Maybe a week later I noticed a smell coming out of unit and unplugged it.
