Albany NY location no better unreturned phone calls chair less than 2 years old and it's a 380 lb doorstop 100% unusable no such thing as customer service with this company. Maybe Medicare will care since they spent thousands on this. Company should be closed down they are hurting mit helping the disabled people they don't care to serve. Called a different company in our area and they said they aren't allowed to help us because chaur came from National Seating and Mobility. You provide seating but don't provide mobility

Huntington valley, PA location is absolutely terrible. Totally unprofessional and incompetent. Had a estimated repair date of 3 weeks. After they received my parts, they still did not schedule a repair visit. My repair date past a week and a half and I called there since it has been over a month total now. They said yes your part has been here, let's schedule you now, this is on 4/17/24, they gave me a date to come to my home 5/24/24, five more additional weeks. I can’t get anyone on the phone for one! I sent a message when I got the chair that the batteries were not holding a charge. This has been going on for a couple of years. Well I finally got through and told them about the batteries and also advised the arm material was crack and so was the back of the chair. They sent someone out to repair the seat cracks but didn’t bring any batteries which was the main reason I called. Now they won’t call back and will not answer my calls!!!!! a bunch of crooks and liars. It is sad that they "serve" a community with such great need and are at the mercy of their services. A real disgrace. I have emails from their NATIONAL REP promising and confirming that my 14 year son, who sits in a booster seat UNRESTRAINED, that is car seat was approved. It has been EXACTLY a year and still no car seat. He has daily seizures and its unsafe for him to be in the car like that. And this is just one piece of equipment I am still waiting on. Just got off the phone with National Seating & Mobility after waiting on hold so long that I was sent to another agent, I was told that my wheelchair that I have been waiting over 3 MONTHS for has to have parts ordered. The chair was delivered without tie downs or a seat belt. I told the person that delivered it and he said that’s so weird because they all come with the tie downs at least. If i could score a zero i would. If I could return my lift chair, I would. Absolutely the worst customer service ever!! Leave voice mail because no one answers the phone. They say phone calls returned by 4 pm. NEVER do they call back!! Still waiting for a repair!! Crickets!! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!

I don't want to give even 1 star. Dan from national seating as well as his mgt ignored all our complaints about a custom chair that was made for my mileage and to this date almost a year later she still does not have a chair that fits her comfortably and now he says she's in nursing home so her insurance won't pay him to help her anymore...anymore I called for more 15 times to get her a padded chair as she is in pain from the custom chair and I have gotten nowhere with the rep or mgt. Well they ca My do nothing right I been working with them since late 2021 about renovation of my house fast forward to January 2023 I call back about getting a wheelchair and ask what’s going on with my status on home renovation that’s when they told me they closed shop for home renovations no body bothered to call me I was furious but calm down gave them another chance at getting new wheelchair this is where I made the mistake by going with them. The ****! Over a month waiting for a repair, numerous appointments no call/no show and still a busted scooter. Then when I try to call to find out who died, there's not ******answers AT NONE OF THEIR locations in my area. It's like they know I'm not going to sit here and be quiet until they decide to operate a business properly, and now they won't answer the phone. This company should be dissolved.
