using the scanner is awful for the grocery store. Sent it back and discontinued the service.
I love this app. This is how I earn gift cards so that I can go to the movies once in awhile. Without it I could not afford to go because Social Security doesn't give me anything extra that would allow me go do that.
Still waiting on my Amazon E-code from July/August. :-(
They are a bunch of scam artist do not trust. they will scam you remove you from program if it you are scanning merchandise on a weekly basis. .
never hear anything from them even though I have been on the panel for quite awhile now.
It's almost impossible get through on the phone lines; I have tried to get scanner help for months and only get the same useless email replay. I can't transmit and they give me no help at all and then because I haven't been able to transmit, my membership is cancelled, but I can't use my gift points until I return the scanner, but they haven't sent me the promised label to return it with. Absolutely horrible. When I called I entered my account number and I said my e mail address WHY THE HELL AM I BEING ASKED FOR ANY MORE STUPID QUESTIONS ( I was waiting for her to ask me the last date I cut my toe nails ! ) when all I want is instructions how to rest my hand held scanner.SO I HUNG UPON HER I follow instructions also and when your scanner states " no prices needed " you ask for some price items and I always enter .01. Poor company switched out scanner at least 4 times all ready to receive a "new" scanner that "new" scanner each time was gross and I didn't even want to touch it had to glove up and sanitize before using. It would transmit. Once before once again. It sending anything in I spend more time on hold with this company with out getting answers. Finally decided to cash out for a prize since I'm missing out on at least 75 percent of my points it took me forever to save up I received the item and it to is junk and does not work 11000... read more
