I've been a panelist since long before the smart phone app was released. We used to use a hand held scanner. We were thrilled to see Amazon gift cards appear as a redemption option months ago but can;t seem to find them any longer. Has this been discontinued?

Emailed support over a week ago and still no response. Will be sending my just received NON WORKING scanner back and requesting to be taken off this panel. I have been a panel member twice in the past and never had an issue. Man, talk about a company going downhill, they can't even be bothered to respond to a member's inquiry now.

For the most part it's okay I have been a panelist for 7+ year's now. However I am not happy that one one of the updates to the mobile app a couple of months ago removed Walmart super for sure off the list of stores and others as my favorites list is shorter. When I type in the store name they are not there. WTH the one store I stopped by at and have many of my purchases scanned in from is no longer there. I have to use the all other stores option to scan the purchases in on. Been hoping on the recent updates that the missin... read more

I have been a panelist for a while and was saving my points to get a flat screen tv. Well I finally, after a few years accumulated enough points to get the tv. Well less than a year later it stopped working and I can not get NCP to help in any way to rectify the situation. So I have a broken tv and no points returned to me. Try to get someone to help is impossible. I hear the same excuses every time I call-Oh someone will call you back don't worry!!! yea right.
