I'm almost at my 6 month mark since joining the panel, and I have to say.. WOW. Its fun putting in my input and earning a little cash just for being honest is the best. I will be on this panel for years to come!
I've been a panelist for at least two years or more and I love it it's awesome thing to do and I also love it because for my rewards I always get a gift card to go to the movies and that's how I've been going to the movies with those gift cards and they do send you gifts when you been there for a long time .. you can choose what u want all the time also you earn points if yoy scan alot .. my daughter says i am a pro at this and I love it and I never had an issue with the scanner I learned it within seconds when i did it at h... read more
Takes forever to get enough points to get anything worth while. And now they've taken away most of the gift cards, which doesn't even make it worth spending all of the time scanning what you buy. I have been a panelist for a couple of years and it has done nothing but go down hill all the way around (rewards, customer service, mobile app, etc.).
I have never "won" anything. I do however, get points I redeem for gifts such as leafblower, toaster oven.

I can't wait to get started with this company.. I am going to Ohio May 21 to June 10 for vacation. Then I'll be back to start working for this company.

They will harass you about returning their scanner even if you never received it.
I have a problem whereby I ordered a gift card, points were deducted from account, and card not received. I have contacted NCP support twice on line, once on their mobile app, once by phone, and once via facebook chat. Every time Ncp states they will respond within a 24 - 48 hr period. However they never do. I have been a member for many years, but I am no longer wasting my time on a corporation that is non responsive.
