I've been a member for 6 years and I have never won anything other than a few points. For the amount of time you spend scanning stuff it really isn't worth it. It takes a year to save up enough points for a $50 item at my membership level. Not really worth the hours I put into it.

If you are not a member and are presented with the opportunity, you should join NCP.

If your dedicated to scanning purchases and doing surveys you will earn many rewards. I've been with the panel for 16 years. It has been alot easier now using the scanner on my cell phone! You have to build up your points to order gifts.

The Panel Support Center is useless! One representative contradicts another, giving false instructions on how to use my new scanner, and when I do as I was told I'm still not given credit for transmitting. The instructions on the NCP website are false as well. It says if you select "No Purchases" then you will get points and credit for transmitting that week. Now I find out that's not true. So, I have missed out on several weeks of sweepstakes entries because of erroneous information given on NCP's official website and the f... read more

I have been a panelist for a few years and been very faithful. When I have a question, they are very helpful. I think I will continue to be a NCP slave. lol

I was a panelist for 13 years. It took me forever to get something decent back in the time when they had nice things. I never won anything in any of their promotions. my "premium platinum" status points would only get me 3, 20 dollar gift cards or so a year for movie theaters. My advice for people wanting to join in. use and old computer to do your weekly transitions, every time you send anything they are also stealing all the information of all your computer usage for the week and installing cookies in your computer. Do not... read more

I was told the scanner was free and I would not be charged for not being able to return it. Then I was sent to a collections agency who is threatening me with action if I don't pay them $200! Now I try to call the customer service number, and cannot get ahold of anyone. I called a few minutes ago, and it said they were closed for the day! (It was 11;15am, the recording states you are open 9am to 9pm eastern time.) What gives?! How do I get this Murphy Loman colletions agency off my back for this bogus debt?
