Scanner came brand new and perfect condition and I love the points and prizes they give out for simply scanning purchases I already made. I also love the little side contests they do for people who are serious about ALWAYS scanning. Love it!!!!!

Been a panelist for 1 year I then decided that I no longer wanted to be part of it requested information on how to return the scanner and they ignored me and just kept sending email reminding me to transmit data. I also asked to no longer be emailed and to remove me from mailing lists waited fro the 10 days it takes for it to process per their policy and yet i still get unwanted emails. Now i get a letter saying that this is the last letter and to send back the scanner of it would be turned over to collection agency. I never... read more
I started as a panelist in February (2017) as a hobby, and to get points that I could in turn purchase gifts with - things I wouldn't ordinarily buy. I also do several surveys a month which also adds to my points, but in this way I am making my opinions about products known. If you know me - you know I like to give my opinions. It's easy & fun.
I have been a panelist since 2013. I am pleased with NCP. I have received many Amazon e-gift cards from completing snack surveys(snack dairies) (meal Diaries)for myself and my daughter. I have used my points from my scans for products. I have a received a Brentwood deep fryer, Love it. When I had AT&T as my cellphone service I got a discount and that was super awesome saving over $10 monthly. I started off using the scanner at home. I have been a member a long time, approximately a decade, and love it. During my time here I've cashed out several times, usually something for the home. I have the app on my phone so scanning purchases is so much easier. Earning points is so simple answering surveys, doing the weekly prescription survey, and scanning and transmitting purchases. Keep up the good work NCP and thank you for allowing me to be a member.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE NCP! I am extremely thankful to be part of this panel, no one is forcing me to be part of it, I choose to be, because I like giving my opinions on products, and receiving points towards the gift catalog. I see some reviews are in a way negative, and I just want to express that no one has to be part of the panel. They suck top to bottom. they've harassed and threatened me to the point that I don't care if the items are returned or not. they then sent me a letter stating that if I did return the items they would give me a $25 gift card and that I could spend my points. Its been a month and NO gift card and I try to log in, they disabled my log in. So I guess they lied about that too. all in all almost 3 yrs of doing their bidding and I could get something that sells in the stores for about $40. Made no money and haven't gotten back to me about returning the scanner. Now i read dozens of online things saying how bad they are and how it takes months for them to give you information to return the scanner. :-(
