I've been doing this for a long time! I saved my points till I had a whole lot then when my vacuum cleaner broke I got one thru NCP! I've gotten little things also. Whenever I have an issue they are right one top of it. When my computer broke they walked me thru setup issues, they held my scans till I got it worked out. But YOU HAVE TO SEND YOUR SCANS every week, do the surveys to earn points. In the beginning I couldn't always do that cause I worked a lot, but now I do and points add up quickly. A great experience in exercising your own judgment, opinions and knowledge while getting rewarded for them. I'm having fun with this as well. We all became competitive with each other during the month of July and I am excited that my Team came out on top. Now we will see after the winner drawings this month who the lucky prize winners are. I'm a "new kid on the block"; I joined the beginning of February, 2017. Good luck everyone!!

I had problems at first with the scanner. I turned it in and asked to use the app on my cell phone. So much better. I scan my big shopping trips and my little on the go fast food trips while running around at work or with the kids.

I have been a panelist since March of this year so 4 months. I signed up for it 3 years ago and finally got chosen! I have to say for that time frame of waiting I am VERY honored to be accepted! I love it and it's so much fun!

I will be returning my scanner as this is just way to time consuming for the rewards. Walmart , Ibotta , you simply scan the receipt or qr code and are done. Having to scan every single item, enter the quantity for every item ,enter the price for every item, sorry but I just don't have that much time to mess with this. If this was like the other apps where you just scanned the ticket then it would be great. Unfortunately this takes way more time than I am willing to invest, a 200 dollar purchase with 60 or 70 items to scan,p... read more
