I been doing this since July 2012 & did with scanner & love the app on phone. I am a Hall of Farmer. I do scan stuff as I shop which makes life easier. I have got a lot of neat stuff as a rewards.

I have been a member for over 17 years. I have never "won" anything in their sweepstakes, etc. Yes, I might get win 250 bonus points here and there. Anymore, it's a lot of work on my part for their benefit. I can't tel you how many years I have been one of their stupid butt "super scanners" It means nothing, just their pat on my back.
I've been a member for a few months now. I use the mobile app to transmit. So far I love it. It's fairly easy, and requires common sense. I can't say how the customer service is yet, because I haven't had to contact them. My only issue is that we do our main shopping at Aldi. A big trip to cover 2 weeks. For every single scan, I have to manually input the price. That makes it pretty time consuming with trying to do that and manage a 10 month old trying to 'help'. �
I’ve been a panelist for two years now. My C score is “Hall of Famer”. For the first year I had to use a scanner but after that NCP sent me an invitation to use their app and I mailed my scanner back to them. To be honest the app is so much better than the scanner itself. I am a stay at home mom so this and a handful of other apps are the only things that I use for a little extra something every now and then. My mother did this for years, and I am really excited to get to participate! I WAS so exited to participate! This is NOTHING like it used to be.....try products....rate products! Now, you want to track ALL my purchases??? WTHeck? Too much work involved...scan every item you purchase and provide purchase information! hahahaha to much work!

I got this in the 90s it was good. Now you have to call in and hopefully get someone who's been there who knows anything today I had one question. Was on hold in queue 20 minutes before Lisa answers. My question is simple, she will not answer it, she wants to verify everything on the account which is fine with me but she can't find me ..? Been here since 92, and spelled my name 2-3x, she still didn't get the spelling right SMH. after 20 more minutes I'm done.
