Love the new android app. So much easier! Problem is I have purchases stuck on my scanner I cant transmit and can get ahold of anyone to send me a new connection link. After I get those sent in I hope they send me a label to send the scanner in.
I AM BEING CHEATED OF TRANSMISSION TIME AND POINTS SINCE LAST YEAR .
I've been a member since June 2015. I participate every week, complete every survey and participate in every snack journal and still have never won anything other than 250 points (once). However, I still love being a part of this great panel and appreciate what it has to offer.
I recently started using the mobile app and it is so much better than the scanner. I'm sending the scanner back tomorrow now that I've used the scanner for a few weeks and have had no issues. Love being a part of NCP!
I got the scanner set it up and have been trying for 5 weeks to send my scans in have repeatedly sent emails to them about this problem and nothing then I get a letter in the mail saying return scanned or we are turning it over to collections really is this how you run things I have not heard anything till I got that letter learn to run things right when someone emails you learn to respond this is the worse crap I have ever done if I could give this a zero I would in a heartbeat
I love NCP! You just have to scan all of your purchases for points. You can cash them in for items in their gift catalog, or you can get Amazon, ITunes or Overstock gift cards. It's so easy! I'm so happy that they came out with their app, so I can scan all of my purchases with my phone. I've been doing it for a few years now and I'm very glad that I joined!
I've been scanning for NCP for years now and have always used my points for Amazon Gift Cards. It's the only reward, in my opinion, that is really worth doing this for. I just went to cash in my points and discovered that they no longer offer the Amazon Gift Card in their rewards catalog. I honestly don't think I'll be continuing. It was good for a while though....
I've been with them for several months now. Started out with the scanner and was invited to use the app for my birthday. The app is amazing! I love the option to spin for more points and being able to access everything easily. Just redeemed my first gift card!
