The scanner and application are poorly designed. You shouldn't have to refer to a receipt at all or an application sheet if the equipment was software based. The surveys are long, boring and poorly designed. Rewards are based on peanuts and if you have been with this group more than a few months and think your input makes a difference, you are not putting your family's time to good use.

Love the new site, but wish there was a way to 'exit' the app on the phone without doing a force close.

NCP is a joke. It takes forever to collect enough points to get anything. Returning the scanner is another job. They will contact you the first time threatening collection if you don't send it back immediately but take forever to send you the needed shipping label.

Update Feb 28,2019 I have been doing this for a year and I still have not been able to cash out but things are improving. The other day I got an email that they are testing scanning of receipts so I am in a group testing that. I think I will be able to submit a lot more if they get rid of the scanning each item and go to the scanning of the receipts only. It’s not so bad on a small trip to scan each item but honestly on a big shopping trip it’s a huge PAIN. I could have hund...Continue Reading

Instructions for scanner do not match the actual scanner, the equipment takes over your whole computer (I lost a week of work due to this), you cannot just uninstall and start over, and then you are hassled about not sending in information when you have clearly been in communication with people. Departments do not communicate with each other and you are bombarded with threats. Not the way a company should work!
