It's hard to transmit every day, but I enjoy it.
I love being apart of NCP. The staff is wonderful when ever I have to call them. I love just going in the site period. I've had some items from the gift catalog not show up when I've order them and they go out the way to work with me to get them replace quickly. Thank you NCP tou (like my grandkids would say) rock.
They promise you gift codes and never send them to your email. Ask you to be part of an app event and promise you another gift card so at the end they tell you you don't qualify after you've waisted your time. You call them so they can tell you to wait wait and wait that everything is in process. That you have to wait another month after the due date they have you. I'm done. I'll just hit my 40k points and stop dealing with these ppl. Not worthy.
I have been a member for a long time. Plus I do like the rewards they have.
I can tell you first hand that you will go through a LOT of effort to get no reward. It would take several months of complete dedication to earn enough points to redeem them for a cheaply made item that is literally on Amazon for $5 (and on Amazon that includes 2 day shipping - through NCP you have to wait 6-8 weeks.) They will spam the dickens out of you and badger you for not participating "enough" but when you write to them to leave the panel - they ignore it. Don't waste your time.
I love getting points to shop at the store - like to read what other people are saying. Have been a member for years.
I HAVE EMAIL THEM 3 TIMES ON HOW TO RETURN A GIFT AND THEY HAVE STILL NOT RESPONDED TO ME ,,,ALL THEY NEED TO DO IS PUT THE ADDRESS ON THE SITE SO YOU DONT HAVE TO CALL THEM AND BE HARRESSED BY THERE EMPLOYEES

Beware, they don’t respond to emails. Equipment doesn’t transmit data even though it shows transmission was successful on users end and then they cancel your membership due to inactivity. Not worth the time and effort. Very frustrating to deal with.
