I enjoy using National Consumer Panel for many reason like you get rewarded for the normal shopping of everyday life, and a nice discount on your phone bill.
TOTAL SCAM! They shut down my account without any notice with thousands of points in my account. Claim "too many with your demographic." So they get to keep the points I earned for free. Thanks for a huge waste of my time. SCAM company!
Will never do it again. Told them I was out of town for a week and they sent me a letter saying give the equipment back. Cost me 16 dollars to send it back
I love saving my points and with the Amazon gift cards it’s a great way to get things you want. I have never had any problems with there site. Customer service has always been very helpful.
Returning the equipment tomorrow. I've never been able to actually get into the site to even see how it works. When I emailed for help I was basically told I had to register to sign up, then register to register. Absolute nonsense. The scanning process is completely outdated. I shop at Aldis. I have to manually enter all the info for every product after scanning. Would you like to guess how long that takes for $200 of groceries? It's the same process for Pet Smart. I'm still on a waiting list. I've been trying for a years to get through. Right now 5 stars.
Been a Panelist over 12 years, Encountered problems with scanner early on, but once the app became available, smooth sailing. Rewards are above average for a site of this nature, worth the time
